Muang Ngoy - a beautiful spot

The village next to the Nam Ou river is amazing. Quiet, lots of little restaurants and some shops and several guesthouses.
I have spent quite some time with a German couple from Hamburg and have decided to stay 1 more night than planned originally.
I have to say though that it seems more quiet due to Corona apparently which is nice for travellers but very sad for the local community.
